About our classesOur Zumba Classes are an hour long high energy exciting workout that is extremely effective. With just a single session you can burn between 400-1000 calories. Routines are varied week to week to keep your Zumba experience fresh and interesting and to allow you to get used to the rhythms and structure of the class without getting bored. Once you are familiar with the moves, we recommend you accentuate them to get even better and faster results. Come and join our friendly community and enjoy the music!! “It’s a time to enjoy yourself,” If you want to jump, then jump. There are no rules. If you miss a move, you’re not completely lost. It’s just about having fun and getting a workout.” Zumba doesn’t focus on any particular style of Latin music or dance. The international music used in the classes, although 80 percent Latin, ranges from hip-hop to reggaeton. The variation of music in turn allows for the class to mix a variety of dance styles including salsa, merengue, and samba in the dance routines.What to bring to a Zumba class
